Service Guide & Agreement

• Kickoff: a free one-hour meeting to confirm goals, assets, and deadlines.

• Plan: we align on priorities and a simple timeline.


• Produce: design and copy delivered as press-ready/web-ready files.


• Review: agreed revisions applied, then deliver.


• Report: one-page monthly summary of what was delivered, what changed, and next steps.


• Annual launch: Small fixes within 5 business days of go-live are included (typos/broken links).

• Enhancements or new content after approval are treated as new scope and use Anything Hours or overage billing.

• Please designate one primary contact for briefs, approvals, and asset delivery.


• All requests, feedback, and approvals should flow through this contact.


• If the primary contact changes or multiple reviewers are required, timelines may extend to allow consolidated feedback.​

• Please consolidate all comments through your single point of contact. Multiple partial submissions or conflicting directions may be counted as additional rounds.


• Last-minute feedback can shift delivery dates.

• eNewsletter: 1 round


• Campaign email: 1 round


• Social graphic set (same concept, multiple sizes): 1 round


• Landing page: 2 rounds


• Print pieces (rack card/postcard/brochure/catalogue): 2 rounds


• Campaign kit (landing page+email(s)+social/ad set): 2 rounds


• Signature piece (for example, compact report/microsite): 2 rounds


• Brand item (audit/mini refresh/guide, as scoped): 2 rounds

What a revision "round" means

• One round of revisions is a single, consolidated set of change requests on a draft, delivered at one time by your designated point of contact.


• I revise once per round and return an updated draft for review.

What counts as a revision (included)

• Copy edits and tone adjustments (about 15% change in length)


• Layout tweaks, image swaps from assets you provide, brand colour/typography adjustments


• Minor link, date, and pricing fixes


• Up to 3 standard resizes per approved social graphic (for example, square/portrait/landscape)

What is new scope (not included in a round)

• A new creative direction or a second concept option after a concept is chosen


• Major copy rewrites (more than ~30% change) or new sections/pages/spreads


• Extra language adaptations beyond the plan


• Additional resizes beyond the 3 standard variants


• Structural changes to approved templates

• You are responsible for factual accuracy (names, dates, prices, legal statements), and for translation review and approval.


• For print, I supply press-ready files and/or printer proofs; your e-mailed approval is required before release to production.


• Post-approval changes are treated as new work.
